Water ring pump/ dry screw pump

The vacuum pump system employs a dual-design configuration featuring both a water ring pump and a dry screw pump, achieving an ultimate vacuum below 5 mbar. Equipped with an intelligent frequency conversion control system, it automatically adjusts the pumping speed to effectively maintain a stable negative pressure environment during emulsification processes. The specially engineered noise suppression device meets the stringent requirements of cleanroom environments.

Dual-circuit thermal fluid unit

The dual-circuit thermal fluid unit utilizes two independent circulation systems to precisely control the temperature of the main emulsification vessel and the pre-treatment tank with high accuracy. It integrates high-efficiency plate heat exchangers and frequency-converted circulation pumps, achieving heat transfer efficiency exceeding 90%. The system supports circulation of various media, including water and thermal oil.
